Culinary and Food Studies Council

In 2019, the TMC will form a Culinary and Food Studies Council (CFSC) comprised of chefs, food and cookbook authors, other culinary experts, and food studies scholars and academics from related disciplines to collaborate on relevant aspects of the work of the Center, and to participate in Center conferences, publications and digital media. Council members will be drawn from throughout the Mediterranean region and elsewhere in the world.
